Because all LeoMoves products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email contact@leomoves.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Wrong Size Ordered

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

However, in some cases we may offer:

  • A discount code, or

  • Store credit

This is evaluated case-by-case.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.

Customs & International Orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
These charges are non-refundable.
